How to install and activate SmartOne IPTV
In short: install SmartOne IPTV on your TV, note the MAC address it shows, link your SmartOne IPTV Store playlist to that MAC through the app developer's upload option, then restart the app.
Five steps
- Install SmartOne IPTV. Open your TV app store (Samsung Apps, LG Content Store or Google Play) and install SmartOne IPTV.
- Read the MAC address. Launch the app. Write down the MAC address shown on screen, exactly as displayed.
- Get your playlist. Order a plan or request the free trial; your M3U playlist link arrives by email.
- Link playlist to MAC. Use the playlist upload option provided by the SmartOne IPTV app developer: enter your MAC address and paste the playlist link. Or send us your MAC and we guide you.
- Restart the app. Close SmartOne IPTV completely and open it again; your channel groups load.
The SmartOne IPTV app may ask for its own activation after its trial period. That fee goes to the app developer and is separate from your SmartOne IPTV Store plan.

FAQ
My MAC address is not accepted.
Check each character, including colons, and make sure it is the MAC shown in the SmartOne app, not the TV network MAC.
Channels do not appear after linking.
Restart the TV, not just the app. If the list is still empty, contact us with your MAC address.
Can I install SmartOne IPTV on a Firestick?
SmartOne is made for Samsung, LG and Android TVs and is usually not in the Fire TV store. Use IPTV Smarters or TiviMate there with the same login: see SmartOne IPTV on Firestick.
