7-day guarantee
If your playlist never arrives or never works and we cannot fix it, request a full refund within 7 days of payment, on any plan and device count.
Not covered
- SmartOne IPTV app activation fees, which are paid to the app developer.
- Change of mind after using the service.
- Problems caused only by your TV, network or a third-party app.
- Reseller credits already used.
How to ask
Write via the contact page (topic "Payment or renewal") with your order email. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
