SmartOne IPTV Store collects only what it needs to deliver your playlist and answer your questions.
Information from our forms
- Trial: email, country, phone or WhatsApp, and TV or device type.
- Order: name, email, country, phone, device and plan.
- Contact and reseller requests: name, email, country, phone, topic and message.
If you send us your TV's MAC address to help with setup, we use it only for that purpose.
Technical information
Our hosting provider processes standard data such as IP address and browser type to run and protect the site. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data.
Payments
Payments are completed on a separate secure page from a payment provider. We never see full card numbers.
Processors
A hosting/security provider and a transactional email provider process data for us only.
Retention
Trial and contact data up to 12 months; order and reseller data while the account is active and afterwards as long as accounting rules require.

Ask to access, correct or delete your data through the contact page.
