Scope
These terms apply to trials, orders and use of SmartOne IPTV Store (smartoneiptv.store).
The subscription
We provide IPTV channels and on-demand content as a playlist for the SmartOne IPTV app and other compatible players. The SmartOne IPTV app is a separate product from an independent developer, with its own terms and activation.
Devices
Each plan allows the number of simultaneous devices purchased (1 to 5). Playlists are for your household and must not be shared publicly or resold, except by approved resellers.
Trial, payment and duration
One free 24-hour trial per household. Prices are on the pricing page; payment is through a secure emailed link, and the playlist is sent after payment. Plans last the purchased period and never renew automatically.
Fair use
- Private viewing only; no public display or redistribution.
- No interference with the service.
- Lawful use where you live; see the DMCA policy.
Availability and liability
We aim for continuous service but cannot guarantee it; lineups change over time. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the price of your current plan.
